A quote becomes a confirmed order only once both parties agree on price, specifications, and timing, and Vestivi issues written confirmation. Made-to-Order Production Every piece is made to order in our atelier in Italy. Production timelines, pricing, and customisation options will be confirmed with you individually following your quote request. Intellectual Property All content on this site, including designs, photography, and text, is the property of Vestivi S.r.l. and may not be reproduced without permission. Limitation of Liability Vestivi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
